When team members experience a lack of confidence or erosion of psychological safety on their team, it can hinder their ability to tackle tasks and problem-solve without fear or judgement. Unblock those obstacles by constructing a foundation where your team feels they can speak the common language of empathy and values.

Workshop Objectives
Build common language and understanding around management in the context of emotional intelligence.
Understand the 5 components of the CAMPS model of Psychological Safety and practice these skills in action.
Understand the research around values-based management and conduct a self-assessment on the relationship to values-based action.
