A basic, human need is feeling connected to others. When this need is unmet, it can lead to disengagement and burnout. Through the framework of Challenge, Community, and Contribution--the 3Cs--explore how to communicate and demonstrate new ways of showing appreciation, gratitude, and connection. Ultimately, inspire a resilient, values-driven workplace where teams are connected to one another and to delivering outcomes together.

Workshop Objectives
Explore the 3Cs of meaningful work: Challenge, Community, and Contribution.
Choose one of the 3Cs and incorporate it into your teams rituals and habits.
Reflect on the concept of gratitude within your team and commit to one new way to show appreciation.
