
Ashley has spent her career bringing the rigour of design thinking into the messiest, most human parts of organisational life. She has worked with IDEO, Clear, Tough Mudder and Teachers College at Columbia University, and holds a Masters in Education from Harvard.
What ties all of it together is a belief that the best learning happens when people feel genuinely involved in creating it. She combines learning science, organisational development and human centred design into sessions that are as structured as they are energising.
When she is not in a workshop you will most likely find her with a book, a spatula or a karaoke microphone.
