She has spent time in-house at scaling tech businesses, including a stint at Trustpilot where she built and scaled their global leadership development strategy.
Alice is certified as a Brain Based Coach by the NeuroLeadership Institute, a psychotherapist-in-training and is also an England Boxing coach.
