To achieve this they launched a transformative program (Power Up) aimed at their Commercial teams. The goal was to make sure their Commercial leaders were equipped with the knowledge, skill and tools to effectively steer this initiative.
The primary challenge was around motivating their teams to outperform previous targets while also helping them to communicate new incentive programs. It was important that their managers felt supported and confident in their abilities to lead change.
In order to make the day relevant and purposeful, we conducted several focus groups prior to the learning experience, as well as a survey to gather data on what the leaders needed most.
Using Lego Serious Play, Threat and Reward models, and a series of executive communication tools, our team led an experiential learning program for almost 100 leaders with live music to improve the learning environment.
To maximize impact, we also conducted a 45-min follow-up session online (four weeks later) to check in on progress and how the leaders had applied their new learning.
The request from Trustpilot was for really practical and applicable lessons, equipping leaders for the year ahead, and for participants to have fun along the way. The offsite experience was successful all round.
