While feedback was recognized as vital for growth, cultural differences and digital fatigue made it challenging for employees to engage in open, constructive conversations.
The goal was to create a feedback mindset that felt positive and empowering, while building skills confidence in tackling difficult conversations and clearly recognizing successes.
The workshop was designed with a 70% practical, 30% theory split to make sure skills could be easily applied. Real-life scenarios and exercises were used with the group of leaders to help develop confidence in both giving and receiving feedback.
Learning was firmly focused on strengths-based feedback, highlighting successes alongside constructive growth conversations. Also included in the workshop were practical frameworks for handling difficult conversations with clarity and empathy.
All of this was delivered in an energized facilitation style, including tailored examples and interactive discussions that brought the content to life.
